Statement together with the goods must be sent by mail or courier service with return receipt no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the declaration of cancellation and for the date of returnwe  assume the date stampe by post  or the date of receipt of the package by a courier but not later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The statement along with the returned goods must be sent by mail or courier with proof of receipt, and as the date of the declaration adopted postmark or the date of receipt of the package by courier. The statement should include customer information including an address and VAT number (a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt) and date of receipt of the order. The customer should set a deadline for return of the goods referred to in the statement, which should not be longer than 14 calendar days of receipt of goods. Reimbursement of transport costs are paid by the purchaser. The customer must return the goods they are unchanged, not damaged, new is not pointing any traces of use, along with its original packaging and complete with all the elements of what a product contains.
 
 
The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days. The customer is obliged to sign and stamp the correction invoice and send it back to the address of the seller and to indicate the account number to which to be reimbursed any expenses resulting from the sale. Reimbursement will occur no later than 7 working days from receipt of the signed correction

 
 

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing and use of their personal data for the completion of the order. The data is not processed or used for any other purpose.
