Forever Flex-Soft (No-Cut) A-foil A3 Neon Green - 1 sheet

Instructions for printing on a cotton T-shirt using Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film:

• Print the design onto the matte side of the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film using a low-temperature laser or LED printer:
  • black-and-white printer – 100% black
  • color printer - 400% black /100% C + 100% M + 100% Y + 100% K/
  • color printer with white toner (300% black / 100% C + 100% M + 100% Y/)
• Preheat the heat press to 145ºC for applying standard-color films and to 135ºC for applying metallic and neon-colored films.
• Place a clean, heat-resistant sheet of paper on the countertop to prevent it from getting dirty.
• Trim about 0.5–1 cm off the edge of the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film so that its surface area is smaller than that of the Laser Dark /B-paper/.
• Place Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film on a countertop covered with heat-resistant paper, with the printed side facing up. Place the paper on the plastic wrap Laser Dark /B-paper/ - printed side facing up. Cover the entire dish with heat-resistant paper.
• Transfer the layer from Laser Dark paper (B-paper) to the toner-covered areas on Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film using the following settings:
  • 145°C for applying the film in standard colors
  • 135°C for applying metallic and neon-colored films
  • 90 seconds for A4 size
  • 120 seconds for A3 size
• After the specified time has elapsed, open the fuser and immediately wipe the entire surface with a soft cloth to improve the adhesive bond between the adhesive and the toner.
• While the paper is still hot, gently and smoothly peel off the release paper from the Laser Dark paper. The paper should be peeled off parallel to the surface of the countertop.
• Trim about 0.5–1 cm off the edge of the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film to prevent adhesive residue from staining the T-shirt.
• Iron the T-shirt that will be printed on.
• Place the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) film on the T-shirt with the carrier layer facing up. Cover the entire dish with heat-resistant paper.
• Perform the transfer at a temperature of 135–155°C for 30 seconds.
• After opening the press, wait until the T-shirt with the film has cooled completely.
• When the sheet is cold, peel off the layer of release film parallel to the surface of the countertop.
• The print can be finished with a glossy or matte finish using finishing paper Glossy Finish or Matt Finish in a press at a temperature of 135–155°C for 30 seconds.
