Cleaning solution designed specifically for cleaning the Sawgrass VJ-628 print head, flushing box sponge and capping station.

NOTE: never use alcohol or eco-solvent based cleaning solutions with the Sawgrass VJ-628 printer.

VJ-628 Sheet Off Knife - Cutter Blade

The knife should be replaced when paper shows jagged cut edges, wear or if paper dust begins to collect internally around cutting areas and capping station.

VJ-628 flushing box sponge

Should be replaced as needed.

VJ-628 wiper blade

Should be replaced once a year or as needed (when wiper no longer makes full contact with the print head during cleanings, wiper no longer maintains original shape and durability or shows worn edges, wiper remains sticky with ink).

NOTE: wiper blade must not be touched with bare hands as this part contacts with the print head.

VJ-628 cap head assembly

Should be replaced every six months or as needed (when rubber seal is worn, area maintains ink puddle or retain bubbles on surface).
