The goods purchased in retail amounts that we are able to pack in standard packages are shipped by EMS.
Approximately one standard package /20 kg/ contains up to 36 cups, 50 T-shirts or 500 pillow cases etc. There is possibility to combine different products during one shipment provided that the weight of the package should not exceed 20 kg and the sum of all sides of the parcel does not exceed 300 cm, and the longest side isn't over then 150 cm.

We ship the purchased goods in pallet quantities via the RABEN courier company and its partners in the countries of delivery.
Pallet weight up to 500 kg. Goods packed in original manufacturer's collective packaging on a Euro-pallet, secured with tapes and stretch film - 100% guarantee against breakages and other damage during transport. One pallet can be packed max. 48 cartons, or 1728 cups.
