Sawgrass Virtuoso system is the first and only, fully integrated solution designed specifically for sublimation printing of 630 mm width.
The printer was made in cooperation with Mutoh, which is known in the printing industry for its high quality. Virtuoso VJ628 uses DX7 printing head, which provides high efficiency and long lifespan.
Virtuoso VJ628 is a next generation printer that provides prints of the highest photographic resolution - up to 1400 x 1400 dpi. Such high technical capabilities are only possible when using SubliJet-HD sublimation inks.

Prints from VJ628 guarantee extremely vivid, realistic colours with deep blacks and natural greys. Disposable ink cartridges eliminate external pollution and increase working comfort. They are available in 8 or 4 colour sets:

New i2 printing technology
Mutoh's patented Intelligent Interweave (i2) printing technology allows you to increase printing speed, virtually eliminating banding problems. The prints are of high resolution, sharp edges and crisp detail with optimal production speed.
Large format
The Virtuoso VJ628 printer enables printing up to 610 mm wide, which enables a wide range of sublimation prints on large items. The compact design requires only 0.72 of space to set up the device. An optional stand and take-up reel streamline your workflow.
